Speed: Apartment modules can be built in a factory while onsite horizontal construction continues. BMarko says this can shorten schedules by up to 50%.
Repeatability: Factory assembly supports repeated apartment layouts and more consistent builds.

Villavo’s Positioning

BMarko says Villavo will be vertically integrated. The company says this will help control design, improve scalability, and support site selection.

CEO Antony Kountouris said Villavo aims to deliver apartments on time, at 15% less cost, and 2.5 times faster than traditional construction.
