<p>Transportation &amp; Construction GIRL is a nationwide effort to encourage more young women to pursue careers in transportation and construction.</p>
<p>The monthly Career Exploration Webinars for GIRLs series connects young women with leaders in the industry. The webinars are held every second Thursday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm MST.</p>

<p>Jo Taylor is Managing Editor of Colorado Public Works Journal, a media sponsor for Transportation &amp; Construction GIRL. She is a founding member of Women of Asphalt - Colorado. She came from England to join the construction industry in Colorado. She will discuss magazine design, production, and advertising.</p>

<h3>Shawna Dias Tucci</h3>
<p>Shawna Dias Tucci has construction experience in aviation, tenant improvement, and land development. In aviation, she managed projects at Denver International Airport, the second largest airport in the world. She has 19 years of construction experience.</p>
<p>She has been a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, the Urban Land Institute in Silicon Valley, and Commercial Real Estate Women.</p>
