The new owners are co-founders Daryl Snader and Heath Sartini. Peter Shipps created and patented the system.

The system combines transportation and permanent structural support in one engineered platform.
Peter Shipps is the founder and principal of Pro Vision Design, LLC.
He developed Uni-Frame to address design and constructability needs in off-site construction.
He says the system was created because the needed structural floor transport solution did not exist.
Daryl Snader said Uni-Frame combines structural engineering, transportation efficiency, and installation simplicity.
Heath Sartini said the focus will be to keep innovating and to help factories, developers, builders, transportation companies, and owners work more efficiently.
Pro Vision Design, LLC is an architectural design, planning, project management, consulting, and client representation company founded by Peter Shipps.
