Audree is a passionate advocate for Offsite construction, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of the industry by promoting innovative technologies and modern methodologies that enable efficient, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing building practices. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in go-to-market strategies, sales processes, real estate development, marketing, and creating streamlined solutions that empower clients and drive profitability.
Her expertise has been showcased on prestigious stages such as Advancing Prefab, World of Modular, and the International Builders Show, as well as in over 25 podcasts and Colorado Builder Magazine. As Chief Revenue Officer for MerlinAI, an end-to-end ERP solution for the construction industry, and Dynamic Modular Solutions (DMS), she guides clients in reducing construction costs, expediting timelines, and delivering comprehensive modular project pre-construction teams. The goal with DMS is to fill project pipelines for factory owners with real opportunities.
Audree also founded OffsiteDirtNetwork.com, a community-driven platform with over 400 videos that highlight advancements in education, technology, and supply chains in modern construction.
