Over the last year, I’ve had a front-row seat to something really special—not just the growth of modular construction, but the growth of the people and companies behind it. Through J&J Social, what started as a simple idea has quickly turned into a mission: helping bring visibility to an industry that deserves to be seen.
Because here’s the truth—modular construction is not new. It’s innovative, efficient, and solving real problems in our industry. But for a long time, it hasn’t always been communicated that way.
That’s where we come in.

The Beginning of J&J Social
J&J Social was built on a simple belief: great companies deserve to be recognized.
Coming from a background deeply rooted in the offsite and modular space, I saw firsthand how many incredible builders, manufacturers, and service providers were doing groundbreaking work—but weren’t telling their story.
