<p>BuiltWorlds appointed Rosemarie Lipman as chief executive officer, effective immediately, on Apr. 8, 2025. Founder Matt Gray remains engaged as executive chair of the Board of Directors.</p>

  <li>Her most recent role there was chief information officer.</li>
  <li>Her responsibilities included digital strategy, in-house software engineering, data and technology implementation, and external investment and partnerships.</li>

<p>Gray said Lipman’s industry experience and history with the company will support BuiltWorlds as it continues its research, advisory services, and programming for the built sector.</p>
<p>Lipman said she plans to expand the depth and breadth of BuiltWorlds’ research, programming, and geographic reach.</p>

<p>BuiltWorlds also secured additional investment from both previous and new investors.</p>
<p>The company said the capital will support financial strength, team expansion, research improvements, digital platform enhancements, and global network growth.</p>
