Resia Manufacturing launches third-party services to industry partners

Resia Manufacturing now offers prefabricated bathroom and kitchen components to industry partners.

The components are designed for multi-family, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and student housing projects.

Resia says the components arrive fully assembled and ready to install.

Product and process

Resia’s HybridFabrication™ is a vertically integrated solution for modular construction.

The company says it reduces costs and simplifies work from concept through installation.

The prefabricated components include electrical and plumbing.

Resia says the process can reduce construction timelines by as much as one-third.

Completed project

The first completed project using the prefabricated kitchens and bathrooms was Resia Golden Glades.

It is a 420-unit multifamily workforce housing rental community in Miami, Florida.

The project includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across four five-story buildings.

It broke ground in May 2024 and was completed in 14 months.
