Intelligent City began its latest manufacturing operations project in February 2024 at its factory in Delta, British Columbia, Canada.

The project follows years of technology development, testing, and certifications.
Intelligent City says it is preparing for expansion with additional projects.
The company says it will use its complete mass timber structural and envelope system for several new projects this year.
